Amazon’s amazing reading device

Innovation, it is now widely acknowledged, is the key driver of long-term growth — even survival — in the technology sector. As each invention, service or product reaches maturity and saturation, the next phase of growth can only come from a radical change, an innovation. This does not have to be limited to a product: in fact, exciting innovations often take place in processes or in business models and this exactly what Jeff Bezos is doing - bringing the amazing reading device to the market.

Kindle known as catch fires, is an ambitious $399 e-book device. Amazon spent three years developing the product, which allows the users wirelessly download best sellers for $9.99 each and the best of it in lies in the simpler design to use and more comfortable to hold than similar device.

The most significant contribution Amazon has made ii easy to shop for and buy books through Kindle without using a computer. The device connects to a high-speed wireless data network from Sprint, and wireless delivery is included in the cost of books and other products. Downloading a book takes less than a minute.

This book will appeal for the people who are regular travelers and others who want to carry several books with them, it’s better to have Kindle than having three to four books during traveling!
